Web Designers and Software Developers. Web designers and software developers are responsible for the overall construction of each client Web site. We pride ourselves in having the most capable design staff in our industry by being able to incorporate any new technologies or software into a client site. We also pride ourselves in our fresh designs and dynamic features. Our position is that each Web site we create represents us just as much as it does our client. Therefore, we take great care in making sure that we create the best Web sites on the Internet.

Business Analysts and Marketing Experts. Business Analysts provide free consultation for all clients. They begin by consulting with each client concerning whether a Web site would be a feasible investment in accordance with their current business model. This consultation continues as long as the client retains our services.

Business Analysts will also work directly with Marketing Experts on specific projects. Our Marketing Experts are responsible for the sales and promotion of each APT site. They begin by conducting a full market analysis for each client pre-launch and update their analysis bi-monthly. Each client will have access to this analysis as it is updated to ensure that their Web site continues to evolve as their market and Internet technology evolves.

Project Managers. Project Managers work with the project team(s) to ensure that each project [i.e. site] is completed according to schedule. All of our project management staff have some degree of experience with Web and software development. This makes it very easy for them to communicate with the design and development teams.

Project Managers will also work with a Business Analyst with new clients. When a Business Analyst begins working with a client, a project manager will assist them in identifying the most feasible Web and software solutions for that particular client. Project managers are responsible for the oversight of all Web projects at a location. They have experience in managing both development teams and Web consultants, and serve as chief authority on any given project.

Besides managing the overall activities at our locations, Project managers serve as a mentor figure to his/her project management team. This is so that all the corporate ideals and values are filtered throughout the whole company.
